**A commercial grade heat press IS REQUIRED, a standard household iron WILL NOT adhere the labels properly**

Full-color, custom laser-printed shirt labels. Provide a soft feel for your garments. Great for infant clothing or anywhere you want the "no-tag" feel. Perfect for designing your own clothing line with tags that match your brand.
The size of the tag must not exceed 2"x2" or 1.5"x2.5" (need larger? submit a custom order request)
LABELS WILL COME GANGED ON THE PRINT SHEET TO ENSURE FASTER PRODUCTION TIMELINE (you will need to trim each individual label)
These can be applied to ANY color fabric and material (except spandex) and must be pressed with a commercial-grade heat press for precise temperature and pressure application. (see information below)

EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES NEEDED:
HEAT PRESS:
We recommend name brand heat presses like Hotronix and George Knight, but as long as your heat press has good pressure and maintains a consistent temperature across the platen, you should be good to go!
PARCHMENT PAPER:
Parchment paper is used to protect your heat press and for proper finishing of the transfer. Parchment paper is provided with EVERY label order.

Our transfers work on a wide range of items to include: Cotton, Polyester (and blends), Non-woven/Polypropylene, Neoprene, Book Covers, Nylon, Wood, and Metal
If it can be pressed with a heat press it will stick!

ART REQUIREMENTS:
Vector transparent background file only. All fonts and strokes should be converted to shapes/curves/outlines and colors should be 100% with no transparencies. Color profiles should be set as CMYK, not RGB. Files should be submitted in a print-ready format (Vector Preferred), to size.
Ensure that all fonts are converted to lines or "outline" (see art requirement link below) and ALL aspects of the label are VECTOR (preferred)
All black should be composite black (C=100, M=100, Y=100, K=100). Fine lines should be no less than 1pt thick.
