FAQ’s

  • Once you place your order, we will begin production and once all items are ready, we will ship them straight to your door.

  • We keep it simple, it is a flat rate of $8 to ship your entire order.

  • Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of all uniform items, no refunds will be issued once an order is placed. However, in the event that a product is received with a defect in material or workmanship, we will either replace the defective item at no additional cost or provide a full refund for the affected item. Defect claims must be submitted to the us within five (5) days of receipt of the item, accompanied by photographic evidence and order details.

  • Yes! The school has blanks available for sizing if you want to be 100% sure. Otherwise, there are detailed size charts on every listing for you to review.
